Hello depressed,
I know what You’re writing about. My husband and I had some problems too. He couldn’t maintain hard erection and our sex was terrible. Being more and more frustrated I was searching for an advice, how to help my husband. We met doctors, did some tests, no one could help us. I got some info about ED reasons from here http://************.com/understand-the-basic-facts-of-erectile-dysfunction/ and here http://**********.com/przyczyny.html?lang=en . We’ve decided to make an appointment in **********. Things are getting better since then.
What I can advise is to work on Your intimate relations. Your husband need to feel comfortable in Your company, he can’t be frightened, cause everything will be getting worse. As ChristineMP wrote, try something else and don’t stress.
Wish You both luck!

He should see his health care provider for an exam and full work up to see if there is an underlying physical issue. Many health problems can cause this problem and once the cause is addressed, things should improve.

In the meantime...work on pleasing each other in ways other than intercourse. Cuddling, heavy petting...long necking sessions...all improve the bonds of intimacy.
