does my penis just need a rest

46 yr old male here.  i recently hooked up with an old girl freind and had sex.  i had three erections in 2 hours with her help and ejaculated each time.  Did not take any drugs, just normal vaginal intercourse in a short period of time.  It has been about a week and I am still having weak erections and have trouble maintaining an erection.  I can still ejaculate  but the erection is weak.  Is it in my head or did I damage something having that much sex in a short period?   Do I just need to rest it longer?  Kinda worried here.

Hi J, Look around your age I was doing the same, I used to call it a Saturday night treble.
So what your having could be a list of things, anxiety, stress, alcohol, overweight, to little sleep, high cholestrol, diabetes, any meds your on, your genral health, low libido, low testosterone, self image and even anger.
So a week ago you should be ok, and even the next day you should have been ok, You could try some DHEA its a hormone, but please read up about first as it can have the odd funny side effect with the odd person, but it will boost you testosterone, lift your libido and give your energy levels a lick, start low dose 25mg a day and slowly build it up over 6 to 8 weeks, me I leveled off at 75 a day, and things like Cayenne, Ginger, Garlic, Green Tea, Tribulus, L-Arginine all these will help to get your erections going I take and drink most of these daily, and they help, and far cheaper than drugs.
Good Luck
