Hello Doc,

I am an 30 yr old guy married about a yr I have been masterbating since I was 14-15. Me and my partner remains seperated due to nature of our jobs we only meet at weekends and enjoy sex twice a day every thing was going right untill I masterbated twice a day in a week for 4 days since she wasnt available and now just on the next day when she was by my side I found that I am unable to errect my penis and thus could not under go sex .We tried it for three consecutive days and found the same result penis is not errecting and even if I rub the penis sufficiently as in masterbate to errect it I find it being semierrected and immediately when I stop rubbing it the penis goes down, where as previously a single touch of her errected the penis. In such condition what shall I do? Is this due to masterbation and will thsi be rectified on own or I have to take any oral medicine plz help me out doc.

You are overdoing the masturbation.  As you know, when you self-satisfy, it feels different than when having relations with your partner.  You have gotten used to getting hard from the masturbation techniques and not the touch from a woman.  Beyond touch, there also is a different mental outlook between masturbation and making love with your partner.  This should correct itself to a certain extent, but you both may have to be patient for a time before things get back to normal.
