Erectile disfunction at 22???!!

Ok this is my problem, but first here's a little background about myself. I been sexually active since I was eighteen, I'm currently twenty two. I have never had a problem performing, I always had a nice full erection and ejaculated when I desired. I'm five foot, seven inches tall and I used to weight one fifty-five  pounds. I was always in shape, never smoked or drank alcohol, never used any kinds of drugs. Now that I'm twenty-two, I have gained about thirty pounds, I'm no longer active, I smoke sorta heavily, about five to seven cigarettes a day. I have work stress because I'm a supervisor and I'm currently separated from my wife. And even thought I was still able to perform well with her and other partners. About five months ago I was with a new partner, we had sex before but this time I couldn't get an erection. I just thought it was weird cause i never had that problem before. The next time we had sex I was able to get an erection but I became soft after penetrating her. I just thought it was a little anxiety so i didn't cared too much. My problem got worse when I realized that I couldn't get an erection with her anymore or if I achieved one I would finish within minutes or get soft fast. So I thought maybe I wasn't attracted to her sexually anymore, so I tried to have sex with my wife again. At first I was able to achieve an erection but I would finish too fast. Now I have problems getting an erection and maintain it. Even when I masturbate I can't achieve a full erection. That's when i did a little research and I read about erectile disfunction. Now I believe I might have that problem but I try to deny it because I'm still too young. They detected microscopic blood in my urine so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Could it be that I might have ED because of my new lifestyle?
Please I need to find out if it sounds like I might have this.
Thank you.
