3+ Myopic Degeneration

Hi Doctor,

I went to an eye MD recently. I am 25 years old and 13D of both eyes. The doctor said my retina is okay and he did not find any problem. But the medical record the doctor gave me showed in Macular, "3+ Myopic Degeneration". What does 3+ mean here? Do I have Myopic Macular Degeneration? Is it very severe when stating "3+" here?

Thank you!

This question can only be answered by the Eye MD that examined you. It's a subjective evaluation so only he knows what that means.
