Hi johnhaganmd , as I have been busy with my work I just read the message today , first of all thank you for your reply , now I have a better understanding of my current eye problem , as you suggested I shall proceed to see an eye ophthalmologist.

Thank you. (・Д・)ノ

The picture would seem to indicate that you are fair-skinned complexion. This type of pigment appears to be in the outer covering of the eyeball (conjunctiva). This is called conjunctival melanosis or nevus.  You need to see an ophthalmologist this is especially true if this has developed in the last several years (as opposed to being there since birth and never changing which would be the ideal situation).  You need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist and likely a small biopsy of the tissue will be performed.
