I'm keep seeing a bright spot when I look quickly to the right

Thats odd,  i'm 20 years old, nearsighted since i was 13, but I started to use glasses at 18, last 3 weeks i noticed an increase of floaters all of them is annoying ,  the real problem is when i look so fast to the right corner, a medium bright spot appear on the opposite side of pheripheral vision , i know i need to see a doctor, but it is weird , last 3 weeks i was concerned with my health (i also had panic attacks) and with this problems my panics attacks  have ceased (good), and i became more concerned with my eyes, compulsively thinking about what could happen to me, I also noticed that when I'm in the dark with eyes closed and open quickly, appears a dim light flashing, also, when i look to the wall and floor or ceiling the wall seems to suffer a fast shading effect when I look directly thats weird and hard to explain it only happens at night.
And also if i rub the tear duct a weird distorted dot appears on the opposite side (in the both eyes, the small flash or distortion looks like when you press your finger on the lcd screen

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
In most cases this is not a serious problem and is due to what is called "entopic phenomena"  the retina can be stimulated by pressure or mechanical pulling as well as light.

Go to Wikipedia and read the section on entopic phenomena.

If you have not had an eye exam by an Eye MD within a year you should still have a check up.

You need to be under the care of a psychiatrist to deal with your anxiety and panic.
