Flashes of light and wave like visions

I went to my eye doctor back in April to get my eyes tested because I was seeing flashing lights. This was when I was very anxious and was suffering from health anxiety after Covid,the doc tested my eyes and said they were all good then a week later the wavy vision started to happen I don’t know why I didn’t go to the doc again but it’s occurring again and it won’t go away it starts as soon as I go into sun light and the star like vision I only see them when I look in the sky .

hello doc I went to my eye doc last year in May health anxiety is giving me a real fight I keep relapsing. I went there to because I taught, I was seeing halo around bright light followed by flashes, he said he didn't see anything of concern. But now to the precent when I look at my phone flashlight, I see rainbow like circle and I don't know if that's normal I only see when I look at my phone flash \light nothing else.   The wavy vision starts when I get in the sun without my glasses and when I look a light it's like I can see fluids moving in my eye. I will make an appointment this month to see what's going on.
