Glare flashy floaters

Hello, I'm 27 years old male. 20/20 vision.I have no sickness but i been in a big accident about a year ago. I don't know if the accident cause these floaters and flashes.  I just went to my eye doctor about my floaters. The doctor told me really can't do anything about the floaters. But I also have this weird glare in my vision on the side of both my eyes. The glare moves around infront of my vision and causes me to see things fusy in both eyes. When I move my eyes around . The glare jumps around and make  flashy light feeling. I ask the eye doctor if he see the glare in my eyes. He said no, he said it might be the jel like liquid inside my eye that is clump up from the car accident. When I got home I realize my left eye have a different shade of vision then my right eye. Left one is more yellow and my right is clear white. Big differents. So I don't know what to do.. P.s. I went to two different eye doctors said I have no problems with my retina. Also is lazier floater is safer then surgically remove them from eye?

The color difference in perception could be a early traumatic cataract or even some optic nerve damage. No laser is NOT safe and generally NOT effective for removing floaters.

My suggestion would be to get a second opinion from another ophthalmologist, if possible a neuro-ophthalmologist. Go to www.getyeyesmart.org and find one near you.
