High myopic with lattice degeneration

Dear all,
I am high myopic (-13 Sph and -4Cyl) for both eyes with lattice degeneration. Done with laser treatment to fix tear in left eye and for weak areas in both eyes.

One and half year ago operated for cataract in both eyes with monofocal IOL implant.

Now my Rx for glasses is as below-

RE:  Sph     0.00,    Cyl.   -1.00.    axis 5            Vision 6/6P
LE:   Sph. +0.75,    Cyl.   -1.75.    axis. 165.       Vision 6/6P
Reading addition:  +2.50 for both eyes

Being high myopic and lattice degeneration and laser treated tear, what kind of work and excercise I should avoid ?

Very specifically, can I go to Gym and do Squats, Curls and Running to reduce my belly fat ? Please suggest me if any of these three excercise I should not be doing ?

Thanks
Prabs

Each retina problem is somewhat different and you would need to ask your retina surgeon these questions.  Generally walking, swimming, light weights, stationary biking even jogging is okay but do ask
