Hello,
I just read your entire post and wanted to bring your attention to something. You mentioned many symptoms in your vision and even mentioned the term "visual snow." I wasn't sure if you were aware but their is actually research being done on the rare neurological condition termed "Visual Snow Syndrome." This includes but is not limited to; Floaters, static or snow like phenomenon in vision, night blindness, BFEP (little flashing lights in vision),brain fogginess, and many more symptoms effecting any and all of those suffering. I just wanted to call your attention to this condition along with anyone else who may be suffering and reading these posts.
There is actually a facebook group (named: Visual Snow) with 2,000+ members who keep in touch daily and are there for support and discussion.
Also, there is currently a fundraiser to raise enough money to begin a second round of research on this condition. All of the details can be found on the page. So, feel free to join and spread the word around! I hope this helps and wish everyone here luck and happiness. I too struggle with large, dark, growing, and ever expanding floaters that cover my entire vision.
Please, please don't take away something as precious as your life. I know it's hard and I know it seems insurmountable and I know it seems to take away everything wonderful in your world, I know it's a struggle to get through the day. It's exhausting and it's heartbreaking, it wears your soul down, but you have to keep your head up and you cannot take away your life. I pray for you and I think of you, and everyone else suffering with this. If it gets to the point where you just can't go on anymore, please talk to me before you take that final step, I'm here for you, even if I'm across the country or across the world. I understand and I care for you and I won't let you go down that road, we're in this together, you're never in the dark alone.
What is the name of the medicine and by what time it will be out in the market? Will it take more than 10 years or so?

Dear,
I am very toutched with your srory. Today I was thinking of suicide. When I found your post it makes me feel guilty as I can't strugle any more with this craps. I do't live any more, I am waiting for the day of the death. I would undergo vitrectomy immidiately if i would have money for it. I cannot beliave what God can put on a man!!!
I wish you and me, and all floaters affected people to have strenght to live with it.
Hi there, thanks for posting about floaters. You are definitely not alone.
If you developed a sudden onset of new floaters this week, you should try to see an ophthalmologist soon who can check to be sure that these are 'just' normal floaters.
A sudden batch of lots of new floaters might not mean anything is wrong. But there is a small chance that this symptom could be related to an problem inside your eye such as a tear in the retina, and you should see an ophthalmologist just to be sure everything is fine.
Be sure you go see an ophthalmologist rather than an optometrist, as that kind of doctor would be better able to tell if everything is ok. An ophthalmologist that is a retina specialist would be the best, as they would be the doctors to diagnose and treat a retina tear, detachment, etc.
Don't be afraid of going to find out about this, there may not be anything wrong. Even if there is something going on, it's likely to be fixable. Much better to check it out - promptly.
My dad just had a retina tear lasered down before his upcoming cataract surgery, and he didn't even know he HAD a tear (no symptoms) and the doctor fixed it right in the office in a few minutes.
Please don't wait to get checked out, and good luck.
