Im seeing blue neon bubles when i close my eye

sorry if im asking the same question, but this time is different Im seeing blue bubles like neon when i go outside at day and close my eyes in my house ,the blue flash looks like cooker fire, but i only seei it for a  few minutes with my eyes closed, I asked this now becaude im feeling anxious and tomorow i go to make an appointment, also seeing white thing looking to sky is normal?

I think so, im so anxious and very concerned about my health, now im concerned more about my eyes, I cant stop thinking about what could happen with my eyes
