Lights and dots

Hi, I'm 21 years old and for the past several months I have been seeing floating dots and squiglies in both eyes, and on a somewhat regular basis I see a random looking array of bright dots or speckles that move around.  They are easiest to see when I'm looking at the sky.  They don't move very far before they dissappear, and they move rather erraticly.  I haven't noticed any change in my vision but it is annoying.

Ive had the same problem espically when i look at the sky too! I've been to a neuroptamoligst and an optamologist (spelling?) and apparently my eyes are fine.
I am under a lot of stress and anxiety at this point in my life and am actually dealing with an ongoing undiagnosis involving other health issues. But just know that you arent the only one.

take care
