My right eye's iris sits higher than my left eye's iris

As in the title, my right eye's iris is higher than my left eye. What seems to be causing this? I have normal vision and I'm right-eye dominant.

Is it serious?

This problem does not lend itself to an internet discussion. you need to go in to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a in person exam. If you live in the USA go to www.aao.org and find an Eye MD near you if you live elsewhere ask your family MD for a referral.

Look at old photos from 5-10 years ago. If its always been like that no sweat.

The pupil may be in a different spot or your eye sockets may be of different sizes or heights
