Weird Eye Symptoms

So I know What a Floater are and the other general normal symptoms for eyes are but this one baffles me.
I recently Started TPN for my Stomache condition which i dont think they are related but here goes.

I have pretty much 20/20 vision but recently I have been seeing these little Shooting star type things that are just lasting a second in my peripheral vision mostly. Sometimes in front of me if i look at the computer screen or outside.

I know if you look at the sky you see thousands of them but sometimes ill see one or 2 of these outside in my peripheral as well..

It doesnt hurt or affect my site but just anooying.

Someone told me its normal and is either dehydration ( Which I admit i dont drink enough ) or it is White blood cells that some people just see.

Any ideas? Please Help thx.

Oh, Please dont mention Rentinal detachment because I have no blurry vision and I dont think I'd even go a week with a retinal detachment.

Current research have shown that, absolutely, GI issues can be related to eye problems.

Entopic phenomena, doesn't mean is benign.  I have phosphenes all the time (at eye movement), and also see the white blood cells (moving very fast) while looking at the sky or other white backgrounds (amongst other things).

Do you see a bit static (in dark rooms) ?  This is how it first started for me.

Its almost exactly wat i see "When" I look at the sky.. But even in the House I tend to see 1 or 2 at a time in my peripheral vision every once in awile.. They just seem way more noticable.

Meds: Fentanyl 25mcg, TPN Therapy.

dehydration would not cause it. WBCs are what account for the flying corpusules which is the thousand bright dots you see looking into a clear blue sky.

If these are new and persist I think you need to have a Eye MD dilate you eye and check the back carefully. If its normal then likely a retinal phosphene (a entopic phenomonun
