Some thing about retina.

Dear doctor:
   When I am running yesterday,I find a big weblike shadow appears in my visual.Then I study it carefully.Then I find it appears every time I jump up and disappears very soon,next time I  jump it appears again and disappear quickly.I guess it is my vessels of retina.
    I am very nearsighted(-800 and -650).so I am very worried about my retina.I want to know whether there is some wrong with my retina.Or how this happens?

Use the search feature and archives to read about "floaters" "vitreous floaters" and Posterior vitreous detachment.

I would suggest you see your ophthalmologist for a dilated exam to be sure no holes, tears, detachment
