Tiny black dot appears and fades away when I look left

It only happens when I wake up in the morning. I was worried it was cancer so I've been to two eye doctors for scans and they say my eye are healthy and they don't see anything.
I was thinking it could have something to do with blood pressure.  I used to sleep on that side a lot so I thought that maybe it's my circulation.

Given two normal eye exams the most common causes would be vitreous floaters.  Read about them. If something changes see a retina Eye MD and be sure you have a macular OCT test.
