Remember some of the possible effects of traumatic hyphema can develop at a much later date this includes: traumatic-glaucoma/retinal detachment/cataract.
It will be at least 3-6 months before you know how much recovery, if any, the constricting muscle of the iris will make.
There are no good treatments. Drops that constrict the pupil such as pilocarpine blur the vision and could increase risk of RD.
Most cases improve, some completely
