What could be causing my visual symptoms?

My vision began getting strange six months ago. Both eyes seem to be doing the same things consistently. I began seeing clear circular floaters, which were new to me. I had other types since childhood. The new ones look like little cells floating around, sometimes they stick together in groups, other times they are spread apart. I normally only see them if I am outside and it's cloudy.  They are in groups and look like rain falling down at times but I always see these circles when out in the sun or if I look in the sky.  I also started seeing what looked like three skinny lines side by side that were clear floaters, but only a few times have I caught a glimpse of them because they moved out of my view quickly after noticing them. I went to the ophthalmologist and he said it was bilateral PVD. I had some streaks of light in my vision as well. I got a second opinion from another ophthalmologist who said he did not think it was PVD. This was my second check for retinal tears and nothing found. I finally went to a retina specialist last week because I suddenly began seeing halos around lights at night (sometimes rainbow colored), starbursts that are worse at night but also visible during the day, and glare, especially under fluorescent lights. He said "I can't help you, your exam is a normal exam with no problems showing" no retinal tears found that time either, it was a dilated exam like the others. He even said he could not find any sign of PVD in either eye. I also see black blobs in the corner of my eyes during the day when I move my eyes to the far right and left that look like the pressure spots we get when we lightly touch the side of the eye. These are in the same spot on the sides of my eye as the crescent lights that can be seen in the dark with left and right eye movements. More concerning to me is that when looking at a white wall under a bright light (in my bathroom) if I shift my eyes up and down really fast I can see something that appears black but also like there is a pattern. This only shows on a plain white wall and if there is bright light above it. (Could that and the black blobs be phosphenes? It does appear to have a pattern at times).  I get these transparent flashes that appear anytime I am outside in the sun for more than 10 minutes without sunglasses on. They start in the sky and begin to create what looks like little black portals that move around. If I put dark shades on or look at the grass or something not so bright the flashes go away within 5 minutes, but return just as quickly. The ophthalmologists I have seen (3) all said it is an ocular migraine, but I am worried that with the other things going on it is something else. I have also been seeing static that attaches itself to objects, like clothing on the floor or other things sitting around the house. It's clear static that is very obvious and moves around and off of the object.  I can't look at the blinds at school because they vibrate so bad with what appears to be black bouncing on and off it them (when the sun is shining bright from outside behind them). It looks like black flashes when I look at them. I also get this weird oily thing that covers the front of my eye and makes lights spread out in all directions, it clears once I blink (could that be a tear film inconsistency and the cause of the halos and starbursts?) These things were not happening just last year!  I am 31 year old female. Wear contacts for nearsightedness -2.75 in both eyes, slight astigmatism in left eye and slight laziness in right eye. I have worn my glasses for a few weeks and symptoms did not subside. I work 7 hours a day 5 days a week under flourescnet lights (this is my second year doing so) and the glare and after images of light are terrible under these lights. I also see the text on the white board vibrate like black bouncing off it under these lights. The static has been gone for 3 days, which is when I started taking a prescription for klonopin for the panic attacks I have been getting with all these visual symptoms. The only other tests I have had were blood, and hormone/thyroid tests which came back normal. Any ideas on what these symptoms could mean?

You have had 3 normal eye exam (no severe pathology) including a retina ophthalmologist. The most likely explanation is a mixture of heightened anxiety and hyper-awareness of entopic phenomena. Read the section in wikipedia on entopic phenomena. If you want to get a 4th eye exam see a neuro-ophthalmologist. There are many posts like this almost all from people that suffer from general anxiety disorder, panic attacks or clinical depression.
