Why is the white part of my eye loose

So I've been staying with my sister a few days and she has dogs. I'm not usually allergic but when I'm away for a long time I become somewhat intolerant. Just today my eyes were unusually itchy and I would rubbed them but the sweater I had on rubbed against my eyeball. At first I thought I just irritated them but I looked in the mirror and the right corner of my right eye seems deflated/loose. when I look to the side, the skin kinda moves a little and makes my vision weird and uncomfortable. The lower part of my eye is a bit red from me rubbing it. I looked it up right away and it seems like redundant conjunctiva but they say people a lot older than me get it. I'm just 19. If it is will it go away on its own??

The swelling is usually due to an allergic reaction. You can try Zaditor, Alway or Visine Allergy eye drops.
