dark zones at outside edges of eyes after lens replacement

Hi...in July I had acrysof IQ model SN60WF lenses implanted in both eyes for cataracts...immediately in both eyes I saw a dark zone at the outside edges...like parentheses.....I mentioned it immediately and now in a few days I am scheduled for a field test.....any input would be appreciated!

Hi - I am not a medical professional but have seen similar phenomena described by others on this forum.  Try searching for "negative dysphotopsia" on this forum or using a search engine like google.
