eye damage after black eye

Hi ,
After an impact to my right eye,and the subsequent bruising, and then after the swelling had subdued,
I have been left with a red blemish along the eye socket bone below the eye .
It appears to resemble a blood dot,what is this blemish and how could it be removed.

Depending on how long ago this happened it could be a hematoma, retain blood pigments. If less than 3 months wait another 3 months.

This injury occurred last year so a considerable period of time has elapsed and this blood dot or haematoma has become more prominent.
What course of treatment would you recomend Doctor.

It is not something that is likely to be serious. In fact removal might even be considered cosmetic. However you will need to see an ophthalmologist, plastic surgeon or dermatologist if you want it removed.
