floaters in the way

whats up with these floaters (post RD 2 years) that are in the central vision that look like worms? ....these floaters move with my eye like the other ones as well...bot they just started to change form about 1 month ago. went to the retina specialist 2X in the past month out of concern and he said the retina was fine and that he sees the clumps of vitreous gel floating....everything looked normal...will they ever change again where its not clouding up the vision?

Floaters (and PVD that causes them posterior vitreous detachment) are part of aging. Use the search feature to read the many many discussions about them.

They may drop to the bottom of the eye, more often the brain tunes them out using neuroadaptation.
