is hiking on high altitudes/snorkeling OKay after retina tear treatment

I had both eyes treated for tears about 5 months ago, ever since then I put on a lot of pressure. My retina Dr saw me 2 months ago and has cleared me for international travel.   My questions are:
1) should hiking on high altitudes/snorkeling be avoided after retina tear treatment?
2) what else to pay attention to during the travel?

Thank you very much!

No your biggest problem is likely to be lost luggage, airline flight cancellations, currency fluctuations, falls, jellyfish, traveler diarrhea, personal safety problems, etc. etc etc

Thank you Dr.  If my surgeon cleared me about these activities, would you personally have any concerns over any of these?  Thanks!

On both of these you will need to ask your surgeon since these tears are all a little different.
