pain in left eye

any idea on what it is or could be causing it.

yesterday i had some slight pain in my left eye, around the top left area, the pain would come when i close my eye, or if i touched it.  when touching it i noticed it was very tender and such.

so today i woke up and it was still hurting and the bottom of my eye is swollen abit.

i have asthma.
i have bad sinus problems and allergies.
my family has a dog........
i wear glasses.

ty guys, i saw my eye docter and he said something about having something in my eye which didnt agree with my eye.

and the swelling, which went away after an hour was just an allerfic reaction to something.


for the pain, i have to flush my out out and just rest.

You should see an EyeMD before starting any treatment.  I would not suggest starting a treatment without a diagnosis.

Likely due to eye infections at lid margins, applying warm compress on that region & proper lid hygiene will help to reduce these symptoms.
