Thanx

Symptom is there she is suffering from blurred vision, doc suggested Angiography and laser approach in case medicine would not resolve it, is argon laser so promising or shall we directly think about avastin as you said?

Many pigment epethelial detachments (PED) are asymptomatic and do not require treatment. Some hide or harbor choroidal neovascular membranes and need VEGF (avastin or lucentis) injections.  Medical thereapy such as you describe is rarely successful.
