strange iritating mole like object on eyelid under/in eyelashes

Hello,
For a long time now i have had this strange object almost like a mole under my eyelashes, my eyelashes grow extremely thick in this area and all different lengths. It's actually the eyelashes that make this sensitive area or object uncomfortable. I have not seen a doctor or have had anyone look at it, inclosed is a photo of my eye.
Please let me know what you think and if there is anything I can do to self treat. Im living in Mexico , and I am not familiar with doctors or trust worth alternative medicine doctors , because there are none. I am a naturalist and do not use any synthetic drugs.
thank you
Elissa

what is the best way to remove the intradermal nevus that Elissa has got? I've a similar one to hers. will there be a huge scarring/keloid? and also will the eyelashes grow back?

thanks

Thank you , I will inform him about that, coz he's kinda scared already...he's using the stage 4 term that his cataract is ripe already that it has to be  removed at the soonest. His sight is getting more blurred each day....

Most cataracts are not dangerous, they cause reduced vision but unlike glaucoma cataract surgery "cures" the problem.

Stage 4 is not a precise term. How many stages is the surgeon using,  4? 5? 6?

Most use 4 in that case this is a big cataract and needs surgery.  If there is doubt get a second opinion.

My best friend (male,59 yrs. old)just had an eye checkup and he's diagnosed  for having a stage 4 cataract on his both eyes. Is stage 4  a dangerous stage already? Does it need to be remove at the soonest? Will there be a chance that his sight will b clearer after the operation?Or will he get blind? Please help.

The most common thing that causes that is a benign lid tumor called an intradermal nevus. There are no medications or herbs that will make it go away. You can live with it or you can have it surgically removed. Hopefully you believe in synthetic anesthetic drugs to deaden it.
