AF showed up but it's ok
Well my AF came but I'm alright just glad to have a normal cycle now. I'm excited about trying another month. My doctor told me that my breast swelling is a sign that my estrogen is increasing for the next cycle so my hormones finally seemed to regulate. So I'm excited about the future and getting use to this low carb diet and I get to start having fruit again in two days.
And you will be doing that hopefully pretty soon because it seems that your responding really well so everything should be ok so keep your head up and stay strong******************BABY DUST TO YOU*******************
I'm sorry to hear the bad news and like the doc said, it seems your getting ready for the next cycle so goodluck and keep us posted !!
No i'm kinda doing the atkins diet. I have to add the fruit back in soon, When you have insulin resistance with the pcos your body can't process carbs so you need a low carb diet so that is what i have. I don't take in more than 20 carbs a day.
Are you doing southbeach? That one was crazy hard, but I lost 10 pounds in 9 days!!
