After D&C then returning to work 7 days later

My Question, Im returning to work monday 7 days later, I am a nurse that requires some lifting like 2 people scoot up in bed.  Do any of you return to almost normal duties after a week from procedure.  My work has a no restriction no light duty policy.  Im just spotting light brown stuff at this time

Thanks!  yeah no specific instructions on heavy lifting just that I'd be returning to normal activities the day or 2 after.  I just get my CNA to  do the major lifting.  Thanks for answering.

I don't think that would be an issue. I had a D&C three years ago, and from what I remember, I bled a spotted for a few days after the procedure, but otherwise felt fine (physically anyway). I can't remember if I was given any instructions on heavy lifting, though...but you could always call and ask your doctor.
