Am I getting early signs of pregnancy??

Hi guys, so I did clomid days 2-6 100mg and ovulated on CD 14, I'm now on CD 20 and since ovulation started I have been having this really heavy uncomfortable feeling in my uterus. What could this be? Also how soon can I test to see if I am pregnant... I'm so eager :))

The most common side effects of Clomid are hot flashes, breast tenderness, mood swings, bloating,and nausea, abnormal uterine bleeding etc. It may not be possible to determine the exact cause of your symptoms without knowing your detailed medical history and work up. It might be possible that you could be pregnant. Wait for your periods. If they are delayed take up pregnancy test. For more queries and assistance visit a gynecologist. I sincerely hope it helps.
