B6/Ovary Pain/Horrible Headaches

Hello all,

I was taking B6 for about a year to help raise my Progesterone and it worked well for me and increased my LP by about 2 days, plus stopped my horrible PMS.  But I stopped right before my last cycle because it was making my skin break out and making me gain weight.  Right after I stopped it I lost weight and the acne stopped but the PMS returned too.  So yes, ladies, it really does help.

But since then I'm having the worst ovary pain.  My last cycle (the phantom preggo cyle) I had a bunch of O pain and AF came very hard and my temps stayed kinda up until about a week later and then they were only low for about 5 days and I had some mysterious spotting and then they went right back up.  I assume I have/had a cyst and of course I tested with all BFNs.  Well after two +OPKs I am only about 3DPO right now and having the same O pains and wondering if I have another cyst or could this be the same one.  My temps before O were still kinda high but after I O'd my temps went up a little higher into the normal Post-O range and I expected them to be much higher since they were higher before O.  Do cysts cause nausea and headache? I know I'm not preggo (about 30 HPTs later) but I've had this same headache every day ever since my last cycle's O.

I'm just mad because I fear that if this is a cyst, how do you know the eggy actually escaped??  I clearly O'd but that doesn't mean the egg made it out of the ovary.  I just wish I had a portable ultrasound machine.  That would solve all my problems LOL.

Anyway, I just felt like venting. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Believe it or not, I came on here to stalk your chart.  I usually stalk them at work and I saw your temps up there yesteray.  But I forgot I didn't have the link at home so I'm glad you included it.  And OMG, that is a wonderul chart!!!  It's perfectly textbook triphasic!!  I forgot what DPO you were on but I would probably have been testing since the first day of that high temp!!  Hurry up and test so you can start obsessing over those sticks!!!

And yeah, about that u/s machine, I say we do it.  We just need to get someone who is trained as an u/s tech and we'll be good to go.  They can train us all on how to do it correctly LOL.  But if it is a cyst, I hope it clears up soon so my temps can go back to normal range.  But there definitely was a thermal shift, just not as big because of the high temps earlier.

I'm still mulling over that u/s machine, too! lol I looked at them on ebay not too long ago. The only thing is, you have to do a vag u/s to be able to see anything. Dang, it would be hard to operate the keyboard while probing! lol  Yes, I have played the whole scenario out in my head.......Anyway, back to the cyst....I had a major, nasty, "functional" cyst for 3 cycles. I did o on ea one, but late. I also had many + opks. I never got headaches nor nausea, but I imagine they could cause it.

I don't think you would get a thermal shift if there was no release of an egg. There isn't a corpus luteum if no egg, so no shift. But, I know for fact, you can o and have a wonderful cyst, too.

I know you enjoy a good chart stalking....check mine this cycle! I am dying to test!
