CD1 starting follistim soon!

Well I am on CD1 and go in for my "day 3" ultrasound tomorrow...they want to get it in because of it being Labor day weekend. Anyways, I'm starting follistim injections on this cycle. Wondering what the side effects are?
I'm really excited to be back trying again. I have been off since March! Hopefully the 7th IUI will be my last for a while!!!!

Hi nevaeh! I'm so excited for you! I hope the 7th IUI will be one one for you too!!! I just had my post-op appointment with my RE on Friday, and since I didn't have any scar tissue or endometriosis during my lap, he wants me to try injectables next cycle too. But instead of follistim, he wants me to use femara with three shots of Menopur (day 3,5 and 7). So, unless I'm pregnant this cycle (I'm 6 dpo today), I'll be right behind you...

Sorry I can't give you any info on follistim...but just wanted to wish you best of luck!!!

~ Glad to see you are back!  Hey 7 might be the lucky # 4 u!! I hope so!!! I stopped at 6....HHMMMM you might be on to somthing with lucky #7!  Good luck to you! keep us posted!
