Can anyone help? Advice needed!! Two topics!!

I don't know what's going on and any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just finished up my period - relatively light, as usual, but typical for me. I have been sick for over a week with something...about 5 days after o'ing, I woke in the middle of the night and got sick (VERY UNUSUAL) - suffered with nausea on and off for awhile and then I got the full blown sickies - congestion, stuffiness, etc.  But now, I have still had the nausea and the weird thing is that I don't feel good for most of the day, but when it hits - it's awful (and it's not all day - usually in the afternoon). I will get lightheaded (feel like I am going to faint) and nausea SOOOO bad!  I get the shakes, the chills - it's awful!  And now, I have been having menstrual-like cramps and am very moody (but AF is done!) My bbs are full, but not sore at all; my temps went down, but are still 'technically' above the coverline of last cycle (97.3 was the coverline).

Do you think that I just have a weird flu-bug or is there a really odd chance that I implanted really late and could actually be pregnant?  I feel stupid thinking that there's a chance that I could be pregnant, but I'm more worried that it's something awful like an ectopic or something - causing the nausea, but not sore bbs, y'know? (I did take a FRER on the a.m. that AF showed and it was negative)

Also, off this subject - but I've had this haunting feeling for the last year or so that maybe I had PID back in my college years, but if I did, it would have shown up during one of the gazillion laparoscopies I've had, right?  If all my tests are normal (hsg, laps, etc.), wouldn't that mean that I didn't have it?

Thanks a BUNCH!!

The HSG would have shown if your tubes were blocked. PID is the main contributor to blocked tubes. I would say you are safe there :)

As for the possible pg, I'd wait another day or two and do an hpt. Most likely, it's just a bug. But, there is always room for hope!

Hey If I was you I would be thinking that I still had a chance... TTC can make our minds and body act very weird. did u get a beta? I would say if you still feel like that, in a couple of days do another one... there is always the % of people that aren't the norm. Sorry I don't know much about PID, I would ask the doc.....My cousin had a what she called a "normal" AF for her 1st preggo month, found out when she was 2months.
