Does exercise screw up your cycle?

So... after a m/c in the beginning of march, AF showed April 4th.  So it was about a normal cycle time for me.  With that said O should be today.  Yesterday and today I have EWCM and cramps like O, but OPK is neg.  About 1 week ago I started walking again (and doing crunches).  I used to walk all the time, then stopped for a while.  I am walking
about 2.5 mi every day in 27-30 min then I do my crunches.
Can this screw up my cycle?  Maybe thats why neg opk?

Vigorous exercise over time can affect your cycle, actually keep you from having periods.  Like high endurance runners, gymnasts, etc.  However moderate exercise is good, and even encouraged.  Doing a few crunches a day is not going to screw up your cycles or keep you from ovulating.

I would still depend on your OPK though, just give it a few more days, you may not ovulate the exact same day each cycle. The m/c could have affected the timing.  If no luck after say cd 18 you may want to check with your doc.  When I was OPK'ing, usually saw surge at cd 13 or 14, but sometimes not until cd 15 or 16.

I had a m/c Feb. 14 then got a scant (but almost non-existent) period 5 weeks later.  Its Now its back to normal but this is 2nd cycle past m/c.  It may take 2 before cycles are entirely back to normal.

No, i believe doctor encourage to exercise to get your body healthy to conceive. Walking, jogging won't hurt your cycle.  I am very active person and each day i walk for 15 mins during my break time.  sometimes don't depend on OPK.  check your CM is the best.  If your CM change from creamy, wet, to EWCM, then go ahead and BD.  I do OPK because my doctor told me to.

good luck
