Ectopic Pregnancy?

I have been having severe abdominal pain and nausea constantly! I will even wake up several times in the middle of the night with pain or what feels like the worst cramps I have ever had. I feel very constipated all the time and when I make bowel movements it hurts my stomach worse. I can't eat anything without feeling sick or like throwing it up. I don't have any bleeding but my breasts are very sore at times. Could I have an ectopic pregnancy? Please help!!!!

Hi hun! I am so sorry for your pain!
I had an ectopic pregnancy back in 2005. I was 12 weeks along before I knew anything. My periods came normally. I really had no idea that anything was wrong. I had taken pregnancy tests each month that went by. The first one came up very light positive. So I took another and it was negative. I got my period soon after and figured it must have been a false positive since it was so light. My DH and I had been trying for a baby so pregnancy tests were something that were always present in my home. The 3rd "cycle" I did get a BFP. I was ecstatic and went about making doc appointments etc...
A couple days later, I got severe flu like sypmtoms. SEVERE. Throwing up and diarrhea simultaneously. I could not leave the bathroom. I was literally pouring sweat and VERY dizzy. I stood up from the toilet, passed out, and woke up in the ER. When I awoke, my belly was very fat- I looked about 6 months along. The embryo had ruptured in my left fallopian tube and I bled 4 units of blood into my abdominal cavity. I underwent life saving surgery and was devastated to have finally conceived and had all this happen.
I wish I could help you more, but I really don't remember having any early symptoms other than normal pre-AF cramping, nausea etc.
I think if you feel something is wrong, it is best you get in and be seen right away. Trust me honey- the sooner you catch a possible ectopic, the better. Your life could depend on it.
My prayers and best wishes are with you. I do not wish the physical and emotional turmoil of an ectopic on anyone. God bless you sweetheart and I really hope everything comes out alright.
