The ladies here have given wonderful advice - I too have diminished ovarian reserve and for this reason got pg w/donor eggs. The hard part was getting pregnant - the actual pregnancy went smoothly even for my age (44 at the time). I hope you get your BFP soon!
I am 45 and I also have a diminished ovarian reserve. All my hormone tests have come out very good for my age, did your doctor test yours?? FSH, LH and E2.
Just because your reserve is low, it doesnt mean you cant try - do you still ovulate and hve a regular period?
I also take B12 and B6 vitamins which are very good for us older ladies. Google DHEA ( another over the counter supplement), it has been showing some positive effects on older women and ovarian reserve.
Acupunture and exercise iare great also.

you are born with the amount og eggs you are going to have somewhere around 200,000 eggs. As you age your eggs start to diminish at a rapid rate. By time you are 50 you should only have around 4 eggs. I am 31 and have around 15 eggs. I hope this helps. Your best bet would most likely be IVF.
I wish I knew more about this but I would think your doc should have explained more about what your options are. But I would think that they can retrieve the eggs you do have and weed through them to use the good ones for IVF???? I'm not sure if Clomid would help you but maybe someone else will respond with better info.
Good luck!
