Frustrated and sad

I recently received my results from my first IUI and unfortunately, I am not pregnant. I am rather sad right now because I can"t understand why I am having such a hard time getting pregnant, speaking that my husband and I already have a three yr old daughter. We have done all of the tests for him as well as for me. I am not sure if I really want to keep putting myself through the disappointment of receiving bad news. Is there anyone out there having the same problem as me??!, How many IUIs are recommended before I take the next step?

I did 5 IUI cycles with no luck.  .  I just completed my first round of IVF and I don't know the results yet.

Hey sorry *****. I've been though that too. I had three iui and no luck. I'm back to taking nothing and trying natural.

I do agree that weight loss definitely increases fertility. Right before I got pregnant with my daughte, I lost 120 pounds!...lol

Thanks for the prayers. I am going to try 1 more cycle of the IUI before I go to the IVF. Hopefully this one takes!

I had secondary infertility also, and paid close to 10,000 plus insurnce for my second child... I lost 60lbs and got pg with my third with no problem whatsoever... weight loss can drastically help you fetility

This is called 2nd Infertility & is common.  Sorry you are going thru it.
Depends if you have insurance coverage. If you do, ask Dr if you can do IVF.
If you don't have coverage it can cost about $15,000 with no guarentees
