Frustrated!!!

Okay, so I've been charting my cycle for a while now and still nothing.  What am I doing wrong?  I'm going to the doctor on the 12th of November for a follow up to a pap that I had back on October 5 that had come back showing an vaginal bacterial infection with some slight fragments of yeast.  What the heck does this mean and could this have played a factor in conception?  Does anyone have the same cycle like me or has been going through the same thing?  Any advice would be greatly apreciated.  Thanks!!!

I don't know if you can view my chart,  but if not, let me know.  I've just been charting based on the start of my last period and making sure I have sex from day 10 - 18 as often as we can, but nothing yet.  I've also slept with a pillow underneath my hips as that is how we conceived my daughter and I've heard this works, but I'm not sure.  I haven't tried charting my temp or with opk's, but perhaps that might be a good idea.  My cycle days are an average of 31 days and up until August they were regular to a T...4 days of spotting right before my period would start.  Then I was exactly 1 week late to the day in September, which changed my cycle for that month from 29 days to 35 days.  This past cycle it was 33 days.  This is so frustrating...
