Letrazole vs Clomid

Has anyone out there been unsuccessful with Clomid and then was able to get pregnant while on Letrazole? I just tried two Clomid cycles, the most recent cycle with a trigger shot and IUI. My dr. now wants me to try Letrazole with IUI this month. I feel mentally drained from all of this and really need to know that this really can work!

I hear ya about the being drained!! sometimes i just want to feel like a "normal" person and live my life and not have to worry constantly about ttc, where i am in my cycle am i preg etc etc etc!!! it defintely gets old, BUT is hopefully all worth it in the end! MANY people get preg on femara, everyones bodies respond differently.. you can come join us on the femara group, there are a bunch of us on there.. i'm a big fan ( i never took clomid, since i have endo, they wanted me straight to femara(letrozole))    it doens't thin your lining like clomid and doesn't strip away cervical mucus like clomid can for some people..   we did femara two cycle, then femara and follistim the last one (all with IUI's - we have a TON of issues!!) and we did get preg! : )  miscarried at 9 weeks, but it did work which is huge!!!   GOOD LUCK!!! my prayers are with you! let us know if yo uhave any questions!  i hope you get a BFP the first month on it! : )

The change in medicine, is a common practice, the doctors do,,,
Need not worry about this,,,just relax,,,do ur favourite things which relax uu,,,
U know the stress is a great bariier in the baby makng!
