Let's keep our thread rollin, Cycle Buddies!!! # 6. new posting

Good morning, ladies & Happy Wednesday ! :)  Thought it was time for a new thread.  Hopefully we can get back to posting more often, like we used to when we started this thread so long ago! :)

I'm cd15 & still waiting for my +opk, then I'll have my doctor's appt the next morning.  I discovered something pretty interesting when looking through my bbt charts for the past 5 months.  I fluctuate each month by getting my first + on cd13, then cd15, then cd13, then cd15, etc.  Last month I got my first + on cd13, so if I get it today, that will be too funny! :)

Have a great day !!!

Here is vortex's latest update:

Funny how someone mentions it & the lightbulb goes off, huh!? :)  Did your doc mention that your progesterone levels are too low?  They may prescribe progesterone suppositories for you.  That's what I'm taking & it's helped my progesterone levels & lengthened my luteal phase.  When do you go back?

wow.. after reading about the night sweats, it kinda makes sense.  That is the one thing I have had I guess for a symptom.  Like Mommyin09, I really thought it was just bc I was just hot.  I mean DH puts off alot of body heat. haha.

If for some reason my progesterone levels are still low so I dont O, what should I ask my doctor to put me on?  This is only my 2nd round of Clomid but if my levels dont go up at all do you think I should ask them to try something else?

naf38:  You know, I did have a few nights where I woke up sweating & turned on the air.  I just figured it was hot :), but it probably was the clomid.  (sometimes I'm clueless about my symptoms!)  I have read that night sweats is a possibility when on clomid; but like the others said, mention it to you doc just to be sure.  Good luck tomorrow!  Hopefully you just missed your surge & you're well into your tww !!! :)

icierain:  Best wishes tomorrow!  My first cycle on clomid I only had one big follie & I was a little disappointed at first, but then when you think about it, that's all you need!  Let us know how it goes & good luck!  (deep breath!)  :)

Keyan:  That is interesting info.  I'm glad my doc saw via u/s that my eggs did O! :)  Are you planning to schedule your lap soon, or are you waiting for a referral from your doctor?  I think you should just go for it & get it over with (less time to worry about it), but I do understand why you would be nervous.  I would be the same way!  Heck, I'm nervous that if AF comes this cycle, I'm gonna have to do that HSG test!  Not looking forward to that :(

Mamatina:  No, I don't think you're grasping at all.  If BCPs do the trick, why not!?  I would definitely mention that to your doctor on Fri & maybe they have other tricks up their sleeves, too!!!  Let's hope you return with good news :)

Candie:  I'm glad to hear dh is feeling better & hopefully he doesn't have a relapse!  Nittany's b-day pics are just adorable!!!  He looks like he had a great day ! :)

MommaTina: Not a problem, I understand how hard it is to stay upbeat with fertility issues. I am sorry that I did not word it properly or explain very well. Hopefully we will all have luck SOON!! That is nice that you got preggers when coming of the BC prior, that is exciting.

I am soooo nervous about tomorrow. I know I should prepare for the worst and hope for the best but I can't help thinking/hoping for atleast 2 follicles to increase our chances of atleast one getting fertilized. AHH! Hope everyone else is doing well.
Have I mentioned... WAITING STINKS... lol

I put in a post about this and want to share it with all of you, just in case...
Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS): Failure of the follicle to
release an egg . This can happen with + opk, a great BBT chart, + lab work for O and/or even a u/s showing a follicle, but when they repeat the u/s few days later find that the follicle didn't release the egg.

mommyin09----My RE appointment is FRIDAY morning at 9am.  She will only be doing BW to check mt FSH levels, BUT...I am gonn ask her about going BACK in the pill, why?? Well, maybe it can help with my low estrogen level and straighten out the others too and "maybe" try to regulate my AF's.  Heck, its worth a shot since the 1st time DH and I bd'd after I quit BC I got preggers!! Am I grasping at straws ya think?? I am not giving up any hope yet.

icierain1-----PLEASE dont think I am a total B I T C H!!!! I am trying to be as positive as one can be but, I saw that and it just hit me the wrong way!!! I am hoping ALL those shots I did (60 in 3 weeks) leaves my system SSSOOOOOOONNN!!!! I think my hubby would like his "wife" back!! LOL :-) So, again I apologize too!!
