Ovidril Shots
My RE wants me to do an Ovidril (sp?) injection once i go in for an ultrasound and they see a good follie.. Does anyone else use these? If so what are your experiences? also is that the same thing as an HCG shot, where you need to wait a certain amount of time before you can POAS to get it out of your system?? THANKS!

My RE said typically with femara you still produce good CM, but I defintely want to increase my chances as much as possible! I know all these opk's hpts etc etc add up after a while! I typically use the FRER- tested ealry one or two times -chem preg one time! so i'll just have to work on my patience and keep myself busy! It has defintely made me feel better to chat with people that are going thru similar! THANK YOU! : )

Anyway, we did IUI and also bd'd every other day four days preceeding and the night of the IUI. The IUI was scheduled 37 hours after the Ovidrel shot. I am not a big POAS person, but I tested b/c I was having serious pg symptoms the last few days of the 2ww and it was messing with my head. The BFNs were very discouraging, but they were incorrect. I was using these new $1 tests called AIM Sticks that I got free with PreSeed. And I definitely recommend PreSeed (lubricant that helps keep the semen where it needs to be--mimics CM). Anyway, good luck with everything, and 2 weeks is not that long. Honestly, so many women have to wait longer during IVF cycles, or just TTC, so you can handle it :-) This is the best place to get support when you start to go nutty!!!
