Ovulation

I recently miscarried.  I found out from my sonogram that I ovulated from the right side when I got pregnant.  Last year I ovulated from the left side (there's no tube only ovary)and got pregnant with twins!  Since I last ovulated from my right before the miscarriage, does it then go back to the left after the loss of the baby?

Hi, from what I understood from this research http://humrep.oxfordjournals.org/content/15/4/752.full , you ovulate from left and right sides, but it doesn't necessarily alternates every cycles.  They followed a large group of women for 4 cycles and for some of them it alternates right left right left as for others it's left left right left etc... In anyway my guess is that it is totally random!

Good luck with everything!
