I need feedback and guidance.  We are now in the process of gathering funds for our IVF.  I am 39 and cannot participate in shared risk or qualify for partial refund.  (whole other topic!) due to my age.  So..... We are looking into some loans.  Home equity out of the question now due to the housing market, has any had any success or any luck with the others.   We have the brochure for Capital one.  I heard they are going to stop doing these loans in about 45 days.  This came from the financial lady at my RE's office.  

So, give me a rundown on who u used and if you like them so far.    thanks!!!!

If you have home equity, I would not assume that you couldn't use it.  If you have decent credit, it shouldn't be a problem.  It is the sub-prime loans that they have buckled down on.  It is at least worth a try.

I looked at the Capital One financing as well.  Unfortunately, my dr does not participate. The nearest one was an hr away. I ended up pulling part of my 401K $ to help out.  I did a donor FET. I mc shortly after getting a bfp  :(  Now, I am trying to figure out how to come up with enough for another round.  It's tough, that's for sure.
