cramps and pain after ER... normal?

OK girls I figured I would have some discomfort but I figfigure d  the next day it wwould be gone. ImI'm still bloabloated and crampy is this normal.normal?

Make sure to drinks lots and lots of water and some Gatorade..also try a little salty food and see if it helps you. It has me in the past. Also try bland chicken noodle soup.

no oshh! just cramps today . the bloating has gone away.  my cramps today seem major. very sharp.
sorry it posted funky... the phone did its own thing.



MD: i dont drink or smoke(never ever!!!) because i was doing IVF.    The other girl helped to answer my question.

I hope your feeling better by now but yes I must say I have felt that way after my egg recoveries.  I normally feel better 3-4 days later.  You just need to make sure you aren't at risk for OHSS, if you have OHSS symptoms then you should contact your RE right away.

HI,
Bloating and cramping can be caused by gastritis, and hyperacidity. Switching over to a bland diet, avoidance of smoking and drinking will help. Antacids will also give relief. Consult your Doctor.
