it HAS to work!!!

So this is my first IUI cycle, but I've done 5 rounds of clomid.  After the clomid I had surgery and found I have endometriosis to, so now that's been removed and this is my first time on injectables.  I just did some estimates based on my current follicle sizes, and I think the insemination will happen Saturday (I will know more tomorrow).  It HAS to be Saturday and it HAS to work for 2 VERY silly reasons.  If it is this Saturday, my birthday is exactly 2 weeks later - wouldn't that be a great present!  AND..... I found a due date calculator where you can do it from the implantation date (which I estimated at 6 days from this Saturday) and it was December 26th!  Right around Christmas.... another present!  I know those due date calculators don't mean much, and I don't even KNOW if I'm gonna do the insemination this Saturday... but I can dream, can't I?  I mean the whole thing is just a little too coincidental if it does happen Saturday for it to not work - right?  I know..... I'm being such a silly nut!  I think it's the hormones! ;o)

Fingers crossed for you!!  I did injectables and IUI and finally on #3 I had success!!!  2 little beans popped up---Shocking since I really only had one promising follicle...you just never know!!

I really hope it works for you.  I did 6 rounds of clomid with no luck.....so I will really be praying for you!

Oh well - apparently because I'm at such a low dose since I have PCOS, the follicles haven't grown any in two days :o(  So the RE (he actually did the u/s today which I thought was awesome and really surprised me) doubled my FSH dose and said it probably won't be til next Mon or Weds - it'll still be close enough to my b-day when I find out!

I think all of us have been there for sure, lol. Last cycle(which I knew I didn't have a chance) my due date would have been my bday. I kept rolling the #'s around until I had a slim(really none at all) chance for it to happen.

I wish all the best for you.  Remember somehow you have to prepare mentally if it's not happen this IUI.  IUI have more chance to conceive, but sometimes it's depends on your body as well especially your uterus lining.  

I have IUI done early this month and it's failed.  don't know why but i started AF yesterday.  I try again IUI#2 this cycle.

Hope you get double present.
