Hey ladies!  I have gotten a few comments, especially now that I am a certified medical profession (medhelp verified my identity) that this is a forum for patients and women going through IVF and IUI's and not for dr's and people who have no idea what it is like to have the devestation and stress of actually going through all of this fertility treatment.  But regardless of that, my intentions here are good and I do feel like I am helping a lot of the ladies on the forum, and do hope that my presence here is still welcome.  I care so much about what I do, and have come to care about all of you as wel!  I hope my continued presence here does not cause any issues.  Baby dust and embryo glue to all who are TTC.

OMG!  Who would say that???  I haven't asked you any questions myself but I did think how admirable it was of you to take the time out of your own day to post answers to people's questions on here.  We are all here because we have a vested interest in being here... getting answers to questions, support, etc...  I think it's very selfless of you to be here.  
Absolutely ignore those who say you aren't welcome!  Nothing could be further from the truth.  If they feel that way then they can simply not read your posts!!

Are you kidding me....those women must be crazy to be sending you such message. You are very welcome in this forum. We value a professional's advise especially because the of the varies situations and treatments we are going though....it always is great to get your opinion....please stay here....dont leave because of some odd lot women. I am not on IVF yet....only IUI...but am pretty sure that a lot of my friends here are benefitting from you advise.

I truly hope no one is sending negative posts your way! That is not what this forum is about. We have a very strong community of women that are supportive and understanding AND continually learning. Even the longest veterans of the ttc game can learn and benefit from the info shared here. You are more than welcome and your advice is GOLD. I am sorry if anyone has overstepped THEIR bounds by making you feel unwelcome in any way.

We also have a great L&D nurse that pops in quite often, too. She posts a lot more on the maternal and over 35 boards, though.

All I can say is that you are truly the best of what a Healthcare professional is supposed to be.  I understand that not everybody wants to deal with work related issues on their own time, but it seems you truly have a calling.  To be willing to give of yourself and answer questions for us is amazing.  I believe the most REs go into the field because they want to help women like us.  However, with very full caseloads, they are not always the most receptive when it comes to answering questions.  Especially if the question does not acrually pertain to the protocol being used.  I am someone who likes to glean as much general information as I can from everyone around.  So, thank you for your help.  We all very much appreciate it.

hey ther i have had trouble trying to conceive and have had a laparoscopy and dye studies and they cant figure out why i havent had a child
im thinking of trying IVF in new zealand and would like to no more if poss

I am about to start my first ivf and I am so happy you joined this forum.  I read ALL your posts and I learned so much from you.  Like Heather5 said, we are very fortunate to have you here.  I think that you make a great contribution and I am so grateful I can have my questions answered by an embryologist.   Yes, we come here for support but also for information and the two are not mutually exclusive.  I believe that your informative responses to our questions provide us with both.

Heck no!  Over step!  I have never talked to you directly...but I would like too....could you read the question I posted earlier today and respond to it?  I want to know if I tested too early and if I still have a chance....I have no idea why I am not conceiving....you can overstep on me...I can't see anyone not wanting your knowledge and caring attitude here in this forum.  Did someone make you feel otherwise?  Anyway, please read my questions and could you respond to them?  I left it this morning...Thank you!
