zup london_man. How u doin with the weights there?
Some questions for u:
- Is the pain in the trained area? Say if you did abs, maybe thats where it hurts the next day or 2 days after. (i know how it feels, I'm a hardcore sports guy, hit the gym and play basketball)
- Does the pain increase when you start to "think more about it"? Which is the MAIN TRIGGER of stress.
Idk. I am kind of in the dark with ur issue here. Hope u answer back so we can check it out. I'm no doctor, just a guy with GASTRITIS and some heartburn. Glad to help u.
ps/ don't cut to much on ur excercise. 1 or 2 days tops man. that lowers stress and makes u feel good, which IN ANY DISEASE, it's one of the best medicines u can get. Stress can be a real pain.
Thanks for the response
The pain on my left side is in the same place as my stomach but does not bring on any GERD symptoms.
I think I'll probably give my it a few weeks and then try the gym again
Hi...not sure if u mean this pain also brings with it other GERD symptoms or if u just have a pain in ur side?
If u have not been to the gym and active for a while it is possible it is a pulled muscle...but, it is also possible that u may have a hiatal hernia that was affected by the lifting...if it does not go away, worsens or other symptoms show, go to ur dr.
Do post an update on ur progress : )
