3 years throwing up... this is no life.

3 years of puking/nausea/watery diarrhea .. I need my life back!! Please!!! Ive been tested for H pylori, celiacs, gasteropernesis, they've scanned my entire torso,  done endoscopy, nothing... nothing comes up. My gastro doctor, ( best in our area) sent me back to my pcp saying he just had no idea... after removing my gallbladder, thinking that was the problem... Im exhausted...and this is no life.
No doctors have ANY ANSWERS.. Ive made huge life changes to fix this myself.. nothing helps.
I just started making kefir and kombucha hoping that would help...no changes .. spent day in bed.. are a tiny bit of pho tonight, but hadnt been able to eat since yesterday at lunch..

Please answer !! Im desperate!!!
