Abdominal Pain

I have had stomach pains for as long as i can remember. They are in my middle abdominal and go to the lower part. It sometimes goes to my back. Also goes to the lower abdominal closer to the menstral area. When i was about 10 i had a colonoscopy for pin worms but that didnt solve my pains. So then they thought i was just constipated a lot. So that put a lot of wear and tear on my stomach. Then when i was 17 I had liposcoptic surgery(sorry for my spelling. i dont know these big terms). I had my appendix removed. Then the pain was still there. So i had another surgery because i had adhessions from that surgery. So for a full 2 months i was in and out of the hospital with stomach pains. I could not even begin to tell how many times i have been to the ER. Well that was about a year ago. I am now just 19. I STILL have pains. Now they are everyday. It hurts in the morning, during the day, after i eat, at night...ALL the time. I also have a lot of diarhea and constipation. It goes back and fourth. Doesnt matter what i eat the pain is there and so is the problems with my bowels. Also i get random fevers occassionally. I also have depression and am taking meds for that. I also am on birth control and do not have periods to help with menstral cramps. Since i dont have periods i also have spotting a lot, and im not sure if it is from the period thing or not. I also just found out that i have HPV. Which also has a lot of conflicts with it. But i dont know if it has to do with my stomach. I have been working out again lately to maybe get into better shape since i use to be a dancer 24/7. I was hoping it would help but it hasnt. SO i am wondering if there is anyone that knows what is going on with me...I have a GI and a regular doctor and they have done sooooo many tests. Including cat scans, small bowel series...but not any for certain diagnostic.

Please help me out. I am so young and have already been through sooo much. I need to get this taken care of now.

i am not a doctor but it sounds to me it could be a gall bladder issue.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE follow your "gut" feelings on this.  I will not go through all the horrific details but I am a survivor of an appendectomy gone bad.  If I stayed with the same surgeon, I would be dead.  I have had to have 8 surgeries to correct the doctors error (he left the stump of my appendix in)  which went unnoticed by him for 11 weeks.  I finally went to a top hospital 1 hour away where they started to fix me.  2 1/2 years later I am still having surgery to repair my abdominal wall.  I have also been on Keflex as I contracted Cellulitus in my abdomen.   I just had my gall bladder removed and the funny thing is that I have had a diseased gall bladder but no test over the 2 1/2 years picked that up.

If your doctors aren't helping you, find someone else.  Find another doctor, go to a very reputable hospital and don't ever doubt yourself.  You need to be VERY vocal, even if you are on the verge of obnoxious.  Remember, this is your life.

I would be interested if you post again to follow up..  Prayers and well wishes
