Abdominal Pains, nausea

I have been having abdominal pains in my uppper abdominal area for about 3 months.  I am a 21 year old female who works out regularly but is still overweight (180).  At first I thought it was just an upset stomach, or that I had eaten something bad.  I have tried not eating dairy products as I then thought it might be lactose problems.  This helped a little bit, but I am still having awful diarrhea with lots of gas and only a very few times have had solid exretments.  I am really worried that I have crones or ibs.  I went to my school doctor and he referred me to a gasroenterologist but I don't have insurance to cover this.  Is there anything I can do to maket this go away?  I also feel slightly nauseous after I eat meat or any food that contains fats.

-Thank you

I didn't have bad pain nor did it generate up my back.  I had soreness in the upper middle part of my stomach and had an ultrasound done.  Sure enough, it was gallstones. I could have lived with the soreness because I had no pain but I went ahead and had my gallbladder removed a week ago only because it could have turned into something else and I feel great.

If the pain is on the right under the ribs there and radiates up and into your Back, you could be having a Gall Bladder attack, also if the pain comes on about an hour or two after eating, you may want to visit your Doctor, eat low fat, no milk no eggs, If you put in Gall Bladder into your search engine you can get a list of foods to eat and ones not to eat, the Pain is extremely severe with Gall Bladder, and some people go to the ER but I have founde that diet helps a lot and there are Natural Remedies to help online.
